Why we started The AQ Academy
For more than twenty years I've designed and delivered leadership programs, and I keep seeing the same paradox. Some of the most intelligent, skilled and experienced people struggle most when the ground shifts under them.
It isn't a lack of ability. Adaptability is rarely developed on purpose. The AQ Academy exists to change that: we help people see how they adapt, using AQai's assessments, then give them practical tools and real conversations to build on it.

What do the programs cost?
We work hard to make our pricing as transparent, flexible and straightforward as possible. Drop us a line letting us know which program, workshop or course you're interested in, and for how many people, and we'll send over a preliminary proposal. If we're in the same ballpark, we can talk and come up with a more detailed one.
We won't waste your time with lengthy meetings. We work to keep things as simple and efficient as possible.
How quickly can we get started?
Some programs, such as The Adaptable Leader, can be set up and running within a week. In-person and on-site programs need more logistics and planning, and depend on instructor availability. We'll always work with you to find a solution that meets your needs, so even if it's short notice, drop us a line.
We have faculty in the US, Canada and the UK and can run online programs in almost any time zone.
What is the first step?
We know no two situations are the same and one size doesn't fit all, so it's quite likely we'll need a chat to find the best solution. That said, we hate it (and we're sure you do) when providers withhold key information like pricing or timing and make you sit through meetings where they try to hard-sell you. That's just not who we are.
